Great American Family just added another an exciting new holiday film in this year’s 2025 Great American Christmas lineup.
Titled CHRISTMAS OF GIVING, the movie stars Ash Tsai, Marshall Williams and Julia Reilly.
“Belle Carter (Tsai), dedicated but exhausted head of beloved local nonprofit, Bedford House, has devoted her whole life to making Christmas bright for those in need. But with the holidays just days away, donations are down, time is running out, and Belle feels her efforts are slipping away,” the synopsis reads.
It continues, “When the town’s Mayor announces a new nonprofit consultant, Clara James (Reilly) will be joining Belle to help, Belle fears she’s being replaced in the role that has defined her for years. Annoyed at first, Belle unexpectedly finds space for joy she has long ignored.”
A GAF Christmas movie wouldn’t be complete without a little romance, and CHRISTMAS OF GIVING is no different.
Williams’ character, Marine Sgt. Will Mattinson, returns to town, and “old feelings stir” between Belle and Will.

The stars aren’t strangers to GAF, either.
Reilly is known for her role as Dani in COUNTY RESCUE, and she also starred in A LITTLE WOMEN’S CHRISTMAS.
Williams previously starred in WHEN HOPE CALLS, CHRISTMAS CLASS REUNION and THE JINGLEBELL JUBILEE.
Tsai appeared in GAF’s TAILS FOR CHRISTMAS and JOURNEY TO CHRISTMAS.
Great American Family aims to create hope-filled holiday content that the whole family can enjoy.
“As we celebrate the fifth year of Great American Christmas, it is a reminder of just how special this tradition has become,” Great American Media president and CEO Bill Abbott said in a recent press release. “Our storytelling is rooted in faith, family, and the true spirit of the season – Christmas as it is meant to be.”
He added, “Each year, we strive to create films that not only warm hearts but also bring people together in joy and reflection. Reaching this milestone reinforces our commitment to offering viewers stories that honor timeless values and the wonder of Christmas.”
THE CHRISTMAS OF GIVING premieres Nov. 1 on Great American Family.
In a post to Instagram, the network shared some highlights from their exciting holiday lineup, which began last weekend, promising a season “filled with faith, love, and hope.”
People in the comment section expressed their excitement.
“This makes me ok with summer ending!!! When I finally get into fall I start thinking cozy fireplace and Christmas,” one person commented. Another person joked, “So basically what you are telling me is I need to have my tree up by October 11th. Message received!”
You won’t want to miss CHRISTMAS OF GIVING or the other exciting holiday movies from Great American Family.
